(1) There will be a steering committee as follows to conduct, supervise and direct the work related to the protection of employment rights of citizens:- (a) Minister/Minister of State, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security - Chairman (b) Member, National Planning Commission ( - Member (c) Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security - Member (d) Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (e) Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (see related matters) - Member (f) Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply - Member (g) Secretary, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport - Member (h) Joint Secretary, Ministry (Looking at the Prime Minister's Employment Program) - Member-Secretary (2) There will be a directorate committee as determined at the provincial and local levels. (3) The secretariat of the committee as per sub-section (1) shall be in the Ministry.
